My house had a blackout. The problem was fixed (DUH!! No power how to use computer??)so now I'm going to tell you all about it. It began about 3 hours ago. conversation: Mom: FINISH YOUR SCHOOL WORK, TUITION WORK AND READ!! YOU DON'T DO WORK HOW TO PASS THE EXAMS!! i TELL YOU, YOU DON'T COME HOME WITH BAD MARKS I TELL YOU!!!
Me: sigh* (I planned to go to Amcorp Mall)
Goes to my room to do work when suddenly, FOOM!!
AARGH!! Blackout!! Aiya!! What happened!!!?? >.<
The power was out for like an hour. It's very strange to be in a house that's so quiet, you can literally hear a pin drop.. And so, I sat alone in my room, waiting for the power guy to come and save the day. After some time, the power guy, my father's friend came. He opened the breaker to look. GAG!! smell of burnt plastic filled the air (Lucky not fried lizard, my house a lot of lizard) He found out that we had blown a fuse. He had to replace this squarish thingy. LOL!! My mother threw the burnt thing in the kitchen trash, It's covered with bits of food and stuff!! xD
And so, the power came back and the food in my fridge didn't spoil (Die lar if it did!!) And that's all. I dunno what else to type, so I'm going to tell you I wanted to go to Amcorp Mall. Every Sunday, between 11 a.m to 6p.m, the mall will have it's weekly Flea Market. People from all around will come and sell their old junk (well, not old junk, just plain old stuff) They will sell weird things like car lights, antique alarm clocks, fake guns, old olden toys, watches, old telephones and the like. Two weeks ago, I got a 100 year old (I think It's that old) alarm clock (Made of wood, of all things) and a 30 year old camera (30 bucks!!! DEAL!! =D) I like to come because the stuff there very interesting and the stall owners even let you touch their goods!! (The opposite of 'Nice to see, Nice to hold, Once broken considered Sold) The weirdest thing I've seen there was a 100% original 1st and 3rd class dining menu from the Titanic!! No joke!! It's all framed up and for sale. Other weird things include: Olden Meat Gringer, Transparent 70's phone (You can literally see right through it!!) Samurai Sword, Some Wigs, Parts of Old Cars (Examples : Headlamps, Bumpers, Steering Wheels, Manuals, Dashboard, Seats, Hubcaps etc.) Err.. I can't remember much (Short memory span) Well, If you're free, stop by Amcorp Mall on Sunday, It's opposite the A&W and the LRT station.
